License Agreement

# Assist License Agreement Version: v1.0 Date: June 8, 2026 Right holder: Individual Entrepreneur Fomenko Bogdan Igorevich, INN 346104066000, OGRNIP 325344300020762. Contact: dev@assistgroup.tech. This English text is provided for information. The Russian version is the binding legal text. This agreement governs use of the Assist desktop app, website, backend API and related software components. ## 1. License Grant The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use Assist only for personal or work tasks related to lawful conversations, meetings, calls and wording preparation. The license remains valid while the user complies with the terms, this agreement, payment terms and applicable law. ## 2. Restrictions The user may not copy, sell, rent, distribute or sublicense Assist; modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it except where law expressly allows; remove copyright notices, logos or markings; bypass limits, payment mechanisms, authorisation, security controls or technical protection measures; use Assist for unlawful recording, rights infringement, attacks or malicious activity; or use the model, updates or release assets outside Assist. ## 3. STT Model and Third-Party Components Assist may download a local STT model and other dependencies through GitHub downloads/updates or another official channel. Such components may have their own licenses, notices and restrictions. The user may use them only as part of Assist and within the relevant licenses. ## 4. User Data Rights The user retains rights to their source data, transcripts and prompts. The user allows Assist to process such data as needed for service operation, AI output, security, support, payments and legal compliance. ## 5. Updates Assist may release updates, security fixes, UI changes, STT model updates and backend changes. Some updates may be required for security or compatibility. ## 6. Termination The user may terminate the license by removing the app and ceasing use. The provider may restrict or terminate the license for breach, security risk, payment dispute, abuse or legal requirement. ## 7. Disclaimer To the extent permitted by law, Assist is provided "as is". The provider does not guarantee error-free operation or compatibility with every OS, audio device, video service, recording tool, AI provider or network condition. ## 8. Liability The user is responsible for lawful installation, recording start, conversation processing, AI-output use and third-party rights compliance. Provider liability is limited to the extent required by mandatory applicable law.
