This consent applies to card binding, saved-card payments and Assist balance auto recharge. ## 1. What the User Authorises The user authorises Assist and T-Bank to store payment identifiers required for payments without repeated card details entry: customerKey, cardId, rebillId, account token, masked PAN, card expiry and payment-method status. Assist does not store full card numbers or CVV. ## 2. When Charges Occur Charges may occur only when the user explicitly chooses saved-card payment, binds a card or enables auto recharge. In the current model, auto recharge tops up the Light package when balance is insufficient or zero, if a saved payment method is available and auto recharge is enabled by the user. Amount, package and payment method are shown in the interface before enabling or making a payment. ## 3. Information Before Consent The interface should show selected package, amount, payment provider, receipt email, link to terms, link to this consent, payment purpose, disable path and a note that disabling does not cancel payments already made. ## 4. How to Disable The user may withdraw consent by disabling auto recharge in the interface, removing the saved card if available, or emailing dev@assistgroup.tech from the account email. After withdrawal, new recurring charges should not be made, except operations already initiated before withdrawal processing. Completed payments, provided services and refunds are governed by the terms and applicable law. ## 5. Consent Audit Assist may store consent version, date, language, purpose, source page, package, amount, payment type, payment method and technical IP/user-agent hashes.
