# Assist Public Offer and Terms of Use Version: v1.0 Effective date: June 8, 2026 Provider: Individual Entrepreneur Fomenko Bogdan Igorevich, INN 346104066000, OGRNIP 325344300020762. Single contact for support, legal, privacy, security, payments, and complaints: dev@assistgroup.tech. This English text is provided for information. The Russian version is the binding legal text. The provider details are published at /requisites. ## 1. Definitions Assist means the desktop application for Windows/macOS, website, backend API, payment and auxiliary services that help users work with conversations, meetings, calls and wording preparation. User means an individual who registers, uses the app, pays for packages or contacts support. Session means the period during which the user manually starts processing selected audio sources and receives transcript, context or AI output. AI output means a text suggestion, answer structure, summary or other wording generated automatically from the context submitted by the user. ## 2. What Assist Provides Assist helps the user manually start and stop a session, select microphone and/or system audio, receive local speech transcription through the installed STT model, send text transcript and selected context to the backend and AI provider, receive a wording option or concise prompt, and top up the balance with packages. Assist is not a communications service, surveillance recorder, tool to violate third-party rules, or a guarantee of any conversation result. The user is responsible for deciding whether Assist may be used in a specific situation and for obtaining participant consent where required by law, contract, employer policy, platform rules or other third-party rules. ## 3. Acceptance The user accepts these terms when registering, confirming email, paying for a package, binding a card, enabling auto recharge, confirming lawful use before recording, or continuing to use Assist after updated terms when re-acceptance is required. For legally significant actions, Assist may store append-only acceptance records: document key, version, language, purpose, source page, timestamp, IP/user-agent hashes and metadata. ## 4. Account and Security The user must provide an accurate email, keep credentials secure, not transfer the account, and report suspected compromise to dev@assistgroup.tech. Access may be restricted for breach of terms, unlawful use, security risk, abuse, payment dispute, legal requirement or payment-provider requirement. ## 5. Lawful Use of Conversations The user confirms that they use Assist only with a lawful basis, obtain participant consent where required, comply with secrecy, NDA, employer, meeting organiser, video platform and other third-party rules, do not use Assist for unlawful recording, deception, prohibited bypassing, attacks, spam, phishing, IP infringement or unlawful disclosure of personal data, and verify AI output before use. If the user has no right to record or process a conversation, Assist must not be used in that situation. ## 6. Audio, Local STT and AI The user manually starts and stops audio processing. The app may capture system audio and microphone only for sources selected by the user and within operating-system capabilities. In the current desktop flow, speech recognition runs locally through the STT model installed in the user's app data directory. Text transcript, language, mode, question, session context and technical parameters may be sent to backend and an external AI provider to generate output. A backend audio-upload endpoint may exist technically and may use an external speech-to-text provider if enabled in the product version and disclosed in the interface. AI may be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. AI output is not legal, medical, financial, HR, psychological or other professional advice. ## 7. Window Capture Limitation Assist may offer window capture limitation where supported by the operating system and sharing environment. This is a technical display setting and does not guarantee invisibility in all recording, video-call, remote-access, screenshot or hardware-capture tools. Capture limitation does not replace lawful-use and participant-consent obligations. ## 8. Payments, Balance and Packages Assist sells balance top-up packages. Amount, package and payment method are shown before payment. Payments are processed by T-Bank and related payment/fiscal services. The package service is considered provided when balance is credited or paid limits become available, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Electronic receipts are sent to the email connected to the account or payment flow. Missing receipts may be reported to dev@assistgroup.tech. Assist does not store full card numbers or CVV. For payments, card binding and auto recharge, provider identifiers such as customerKey, cardId, rebillId/account token, masked PAN, card expiry and payment-method status may be stored to the extent required and permitted by the payment provider. ## 9. Saved Cards and Auto Recharge Card binding, saved-card payments and auto recharge require separate recurring-payment consent: /recurrent-payments-consent. Before enabling such a feature, the interface should show package, amount, payment provider, receipt email, links to these terms and recurring-payment consent, and the disable path. In the current model, auto recharge tops up the Light package when balance is insufficient or zero, if a saved payment method is available and the user enabled auto recharge. ## 10. Refunds Refund requests may be sent to dev@assistgroup.tech with account email, payment date, amount, paymentId/orderId if available and reason. Refunds are handled under applicable law and payment-provider limitations. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights. ## 11. User Content The user is responsible for the legality of texts, audio, transcripts, prompts, outputs, attachments and any data submitted to Assist. The user must have rights and lawful grounds to process such data. Assist is not intended for state secrets, medical diagnoses, banking secrets, trade secrets, third-party personal data or other sensitive information without proper legal grounds and safeguards. ## 12. Prohibited Use The user may not use Assist for unlawful recording, breach of communication secrecy, NDA, IP or personal-data rights, bypassing education/employer/platform/testing rules, phishing, spam, attacks, malware, limit circumvention, prohibited content, or attempts to access other accounts, payment data or infrastructure. ## 13. Availability, Updates and Third-Party Services Assist is provided with commercially reasonable availability. Maintenance, provider outages, AI delays, OS limitations, audio-device issues, network issues or payment-system issues may occur. Features, prices, limits, providers and UI may change. Material changes may be published on the site, in the app or by email, and may require re-acceptance. ## 14. Intellectual Property The app, site, backend, design, logos, UI texts, code and other Assist materials belong to the provider or are used lawfully. The user receives a limited right to use Assist under these terms and /license. The user retains rights to their source data but allows Assist to process it as needed to provide the service, security, support, payments and legal compliance. ## 15. Liability The provider is liable only to the extent required by mandatory applicable law. Assist is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. The user is responsible for lawful recording, transcripts, prompts, submitted data, third-party rules and decisions made using AI output. ## 16. Contacts Single contact: dev@assistgroup.tech.
