# Personal Data Processing Consent Version: v1.0 Date: June 8, 2026 Operator: Individual Entrepreneur Fomenko Bogdan Igorevich, INN 346104066000, OGRNIP 325344300020762. Contact: dev@assistgroup.tech. This English text is provided for information. The Russian version is the binding legal text. By ticking the consent checkbox during registration, payment, support contact or another action, the user freely gives the operator consent to process personal data. ## 1. Data This consent covers data provided by the user or generated during Assist use: email, username, language, technical data, IP/user-agent, cookie/localStorage, account data, payment identifiers and statuses, legal acceptances, text transcript, prompt, AI context, support requests and security events. Assist does not store full card numbers or CVV. ## 2. Purposes Purposes include registration, email verification, login, password reset, providing the desktop app and backend API, AI processing, local and server transcript processing, billing, electronic receipts, auto recharge, support, security, anti-abuse, legal compliance and handling requests. ## 3. Operations The operator may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, transfer, provide, anonymise, block, delete and destroy data using automated, non-automated or mixed processing. ## 4. Recipients and Transfers Data may be transferred to T-Bank, email providers, AI providers, STT providers when the relevant feature is enabled, GitHub downloads/updates, hosting and infrastructure providers. Categories, countries, purposes and conditions are described in /privacy-policy. ## 5. Term and Withdrawal Consent remains valid until withdrawal or achievement of processing purposes. Withdrawal may be sent to dev@assistgroup.tech. Withdrawal does not stop processing required for contract performance, law, accounting, security, claims or rights protection. ## 6. Confirmation When accepted, Assist may store consent version, date, language, purpose, source page and technical IP/user-agent hashes.
