• Enable system audio in Assist
• Confirm that incoming speech appears
• Enable the microphone if needed
• Check behavior during screen sharing

If no transcript appears

Check operating-system audio permissions, the selected output device, and whether the call audio is playing on the same computer. Include your OS and Assist version when contacting support.

Limitation

Successful audio capture does not guarantee identical window-protection behavior. That depends on the operating system and the capture method used by the calling application.
